17 Weeks

I feel like my bump is still so small. I'm officially too skinny for
my maternity clothes, and too fat for my regular clothes, haha!
I'd rather wear too-big clothes and not stretch out my things though.

How far along are you?: 17 weeks! Eek! Getting closer!!!!

How big is baby?: About 5 inches, the size of an onion! What a fatty...

Weight gain/loss?: Down 14 pounds, I was suuper excited to see I've gained a pound back! The doctor weighed me Friday, so you know it's legitimate!

Stretch marks?: None so far.

Maternity clothes?: Yeah. A lot of the shirts are still too baggy, but I'd rather wear baggy things than ruin my regular clothes.

Sleep?: Finally got a body pillow the other day, and sleeping is quite a bit less uncomfortable. I wouldn't say it's exactly comfortable, but I don't wake up super sore every morning, so that's amazing!

Best moment this week?: Well I thought it'd be our sonogram, but the girl was really ditzy and didn't give us the opportunity to watch our baby for any substantial moment. They also didn't tell us any information, so we have to wait 'til Friday to find out if the hemorrhage is gone. I guess the best moment this week has been getting to do different lunch and dinner dates with my siblings. It was pretty fun having family time!

Food cravings?: Poptarts sounded really good to me this week, so I bought some and they were pretty good.

Gender?: Little man!

Movement?: Yes, it's so exciting. I've started becoming acquainted with Little Man's routines, though some days I don't feel him as much. I'm excited for when I can always feel him!! It's just the neatest feeling when he rolls and swishes and kicks.

Belly button?: Innie! For now!

Labor signs?: Gosh, thankfully none yet!!

What do I miss?: I guess just the carefree kind of eating... it's always hard because I get nervous eating certain things. I feel like I have to do major research every time I go to eat something new.

What I'm looking forward to this week?: This Wednesday is the first "date night" that Darion is coordinating! I'm super excited. I can't wait to see what Darion comes up with. I'd also like to know about the hemorrhage, so I'm anxious for Friday's doctor's appointment, and I'm hoping they give me good news!
